Are you ready to turn your "like new" items into cash or store credit?
Follow the below steps to get the best experience when reselling with us at Paisley Park Resale!
1) Be sure you are bringing clothing in that is current season, current trends and are the size currently listed on our "BUY LIST". Our Buy List can be found on Google, Facebook and Instagram.
2) All clothing should be freshly laundered, organized by size and laid flat for best processing results. The more organized your clothing are, the faster we can have an offer to you!
3) Clothing is limited to ONE TOTE per customer, per day! Our totes are LARGE so do not be discouraged! We will take your items and transfer into one of our totes for everyone's convenience.
4) All toys, gear, and equipment should have all pieces and be in working order. Check the batteries and make sure we have the plugs. Swings, strollers, high chairs, etc. should have all necessary harnesses.
5) We currently accept children's clothing in sizes preemie through youth size 16, children's shoes in sizes 0 through youth size 4 and maternity fashions in all sizes. 6) We never buy any of the following: cribs, DVDs, books, car seats, undergarments, or regular adult clothing. (Books are welcome to be donated to our TFAE Lending Library)
7) We accept items 7 days a week, during operation hours with no appointment necessary!
We assess items for recalls, stains, tears, odors and functionality. We reserve the right to decline any items with odors on the spot and all "No Thank You" items will be sent back with you before leaving drop off. Please wait for this!
What happens next?
Once we have assessed your items, we will price them individually. This takes time and is why you will drop your items off with us. It is highly unlikely we are able to assess, purchase and pay you the same time you come in as we have several drop offs being processed for other customers. Please plan accordingly or call ahead if coming from out of town.
Once we have priced items out, we will call you with an offer. We offer cash or store credit. Cash is paid the same day we call with the offer (cash must be retrieved in 30 days). Store credit is 20% more and goes on a store account in our system that keeps track of everything for you and never expires and may be used towards purchases!
Once you have verbally accepted the offer, the items are inventoried and become our property. Items move exponentially fast and sometimes are tagged and sold before you can change your mind.
Cash remains cash and store credit remains store credit. You cannot change your mind once verbally accepted.
Should you decline the offer or if we decline any of your items, you simply pick them up. All items are to be picked up within 3 business days or they will be forfeited to the store and donated as we are limited on space to hold items for extended periods of time.
Please note we are not a donation facility. Excessive items, we are not buying, left behind, will incur a donation fee of $5.00 taken out of offers. We donate to non-profits in our community, and most are within a short distance of our store, and you are encouraged to donate those items yourself.
